Torbole (Garda Lake), July 14th 2025 – Confirming their leadership in the 69F Class, where they had won the European title just a few weeks ago, the Finns of FIN 1 Racing also won Act 2 of the 69F Cup, held over the weekend in Torbole, thanks to the organization of the Circolo Vela Torbole.
Along sixteen competitive races, which have enhanced the performance qualities of the 69F, the only foiling one-design for crews currently sailing, Allan Norregaard’s team asserted its supremacy, holding off Alexander De Weck’s Katana Team, that closed the event as second overall and first in the Youth division, and Severin Gericke’s BYC. The Elevation Sailing Team, skippered by Alexis Just, grabbed the first spot of the podium among the Owner-Driver crews.
Thanks to this new success, FIN 1 Racing is consolidating its leadership in the overall ranking of the 69F Cup 2025: with just one event to sail, planned in Malcesine between 3-6 September, the pursuers know they must exploit every opportunity to try to reduce the gap.
