Malcesine (Garda Lake) – Seasonal closure in style for Groupe Atlantic that, in Malcesine on the occasion of the 2024 69F Cup Grand Prix 4, defeated its opponents, conquering both the circuit and the EUROSAF 69F European Championship: actually, the final event had a double value, assigning both the circuit title and the continental one.
The French crew was able to take the leadership on Day 1 and to keep it up the end of the sixteen races series, closing the event with 6.5 points margin on the closest opponent.
The last to surrender to the great performance of Clemet Cron’s team were the outgoing 69F European champions of Allan Norreggard’s FIN1 Racing that finished the event organized by Fraglia Vela Malcesine in second place, deserving the silver medal in the 2024 69F Cup.
To complete the podium of the Grand Prix 4 has been Zachary Blomely’s Oceana Vivo, that ended the circuit in fourth position on the back of Alexander De Weck’s Katana Sailing.
In Malcesine, the Top Five was completed by Team Bogatyrs, awarded with the FairPlay Trophy due to the lowest number of penalties, and Team Hubex.
